On March 14, 2013, attended Teepa Snow 's Understanding Dementia Care: Successful Interaction Strategies for Health Care Providers seminar brought to St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, Ohio by Senior Helpers.

On October 29 and 30, 2012, refreshed knowledge of First Aid at the American Red Cross.

On November 14, 2009, passed both the written and Skills portions of the Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide Exam and was placed on the Ohio STNA Registry .

On October 23, 2009, successfully completed Med1Care's Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program in preparation for the Ohio STNA exam required by Paul's Peers Respite Care.

On April 3, 2009, attended three hours of Dementia Traning - Professional Caregivers by the Workforce and Community Services of Owens Community Collage at the Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg, Ohio.

On January 19, 2005, attended an hour presentation on Two Innovative Ways to Help Those With Alzheimer's Disease at the Heartland of Waterville.

On May 3, 2004, successfully completed Med1Care's Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program to personally gain proper caregiving skills.

On April 21, 2004, attended the Alzheimer's Association - Northwest Ohio Chapter's tenth annual education conference entitled A Decade of Commitment: Caring, Coping, Connecting .
